Andy (she/her) Barlow is the YLC (Youth Leadership Committee) Chairman and is on the APRIL (Assionastion of Programs for Rural Independence) as the YSC (Youth Steering Committee) Advisory Chair. She has taught Advocating for the Youths (Young Adults) for all the 5/6 Main IL Centers through the state of Utah and has also taught Advocating for a Youth Conference in Texas Virtual. She loves Star Wars and loves teaching people about Advocating.
